Can I also send an unsolicited application?

You can send us an unsolicited application online at any time, but be sure to specify the positions or areas in which you would like to work. In your unsolicited application, also indicate how you would like to work, whether you would like to work full-time or part-time.

What happens to my application?

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed internally. Only people who are involved in the application process will receive your documents. In our case, these are the HR administrator and the relevant specialist department. Your data will be treated in strict confidence and only made accessible to certain persons.

What does the application process look like?

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by the HR department. The specialist department will be consulted in the next step. If the specialist department also decides that you are suitable for the position, you will be invited to an introductory interview. The introductory interview is an opportunity to exchange professional and personal information in a face-to-face meeting. It gives you the opportunity to get to know us and the company better. The more open the interview is, the better we can determine whether we are a good match. Following the interview, we will discuss the matter internally and inform you promptly of our decision. It is also possible that we will invite you to a second interview.

Can I also submit an unsolicited application with my own topic proposal for a thesis?

If you would like to write your thesis with us and already have a subject area or a specific topic suggestion, please write to us. We will see together whether this topic can be realised with us or we will work out an interesting topic together.

I would like to do an apprenticeship, when should I apply?

There is no deadline at Müller Hydraulik GmbH. However, there are only a limited number of apprenticeships available, which is why you should apply to us as early as possible. The earlier we receive your application, the less likely it is that the position has already been filled.
