Over 30 years ago, our parents, Brigitte and Peter Müller, laid the foundations for the future. Their vision was to offer hydraulic service for a wide range of industrial machines. Over time, the focus shifted to the machine tool sector. The aim was to make machining more profitable and at the same time reduce the impact on the environment. The key: the use of high pressure in the machining process and the associated cooling lubricant filtration. We recognised what was important: increasing process reliability, increasing tool life, reducing energy requirements, saving space, reducing rejects and waste. HIGH-PRESSURE SYSTEMS
Our combiloop compact high-pressure systems, full-flow high-pressure systems and pressure boosting systems clean cooling lubricant in wet machining and feed it under pressure into the machine tool or the internally cooled tool(s). Advantages: Increase your efficiency, profitability, process reliability, tool life, quality, cutting and drilling speeds.
Chip conveyors
As an assembly of a machine tool, chipstream chip conveyors transport chips from the work area into a collection container. In conjunction with an attachment tank, these systems can even be equipped with pre-separation of the chips in the chip conveyor. Advantages: Increased productivity, avoidance of accident hazards, recovery of cooling lubricant (cost reduction), and much more.

Our combistream combination systems are an integrated assembly for machine tools that combines a high-pressure system, a chip conveyor, fine filter, machine tank and clean tank into a single unit and enables maximum automation in chip management and uninterrupted machining under maximum pressure and high coolant availability.
PRESSURE BOOSTING SYSTEMS
Our pressure booster systems are a self-sufficient supply solution for machining centres, automatic lathes and machine tools with cooling lubricant, e.g. in flushing, flood cooling and for internally cooled tools. In contrast to normal coolant pumps, always stable and reliable thanks to the double-pump feeder principle and integrated filtration, and without machine downtime.
