Hydrodynamic vs. hydrostatic - spin-on filter vs. fleece and bag filters

Increase your efficiency with Müller hydrodynamics! While hydrostatic filters such as fleece and bag filters clean by gravity, hydrodynamic filters push the medium through. They also use filter cakes to further improve filtration. They save space, increase the lifespan of the machine, and the wire mesh version is washable. If an ultrasonic bath with backwashing with air or pure medium is used, they come out as good as new. For the sake of the environment!

We have been working with our self-cleaning automatic filters since the 2000s. Thousands of customers worldwide benefit from the maximum purity of up to 20 μm. The filter is cleaned automatically by backwashing with air and its own medium.

Experience shows that the purity of the medium in the clean tank is mostly exceeded by up to 15 μm thanks to the filter cake. The automatic filter facilitates low-maintenance, reliable and sustainable operation. In the standard version we offer three filter sizes, which at 30 μm can reliably filter up to 30 l/min, at 40 μm up to 60 l/min. or 130 l/min. Special solutions can be offered.
