Full-flow high-pressure systems
Our combiloop CL4 and CL5 full-flow high-pressure systems belong to the group of decentralised cooling lubricant systems and are units with a maximum compact design for connection to machining centres, lathes and multi-spindle machine tools that have a high demand for maximum purity and a permanent, pressure-stable coolant supply. In concrete terms, this means that they filter and clean the cooling lubricant of the high-pressure system, the medium-pressure system and the machine tool's flooding cooling system in full flow during wet machining. They offer high flushing performance at medium to high pressures and stable temperature conditions.
In wet machining, combiloop full-flow high-pressure systems filter the cooling lubricant of both the high-pressure system and the flood cooling of the machine tool in full flow and feed cleaned CL into the machine tool, internally cooled tools and the bone hoses of the medium and low-pressure system. In contrast to the compact high-pressure systems, the full-flow high-pressure systems offer high flushing capacities at medium to high pressures and hold a large quantity of cleaned cooling lubricant in an integrated clean tank (400 l to 800 l depending on the high-pressure system) in order to optimally fulfil the coolant requirements of the machine tool's high-, medium- and low-pressure systems.

What is a full-flow high-pressure system?
Full-flow high-pressure systems as decentralised cooling lubricant systems can usually be divided into two subgroups: the group that ensures the high-pressure supply of a machine in full flow and also uses partially unused filtration capacity for off-line filtration of the machine circuit, i.e. the low-pressure system for flood cooling. These are usually very compact system concepts that aim to offer a large customer benefit in a limited space (for example combiloop CL3 from Müller).
Another decentralised coolant concept promises maximum filtration and coolant supply competence, which means that the entire cooling lubricant required by the machine tool is cleaned in full flow via a fine filter concept and all pumps installed on the high-pressure system, regardless of the pressure level, draw from the fine-filtered clean tank of the CL system, which may also be cooled.
