Technical description Design Cooling via plate heat exchanger
The combistream is a system consisting of a tank and chip conveyor with separate technical unit and full-flow filtration. The technical unit is mounted on another tank. Please refer to the enclosed drawing for the appearance and exact layout. The tank replaces the original machine tank and is pushed under the machine tool. The high-pressure system is operated from a separate clean tank. The high-pressure pump, designed with eco+ control technology, ensures that the temperature input remains as low as possible by mechanically adapting the delivery rate to the working requirements of the tools. The working pressure is infinitely adjustable by means of a manual regulator (optionally automatically via the machine programme). All pump systems draw from the clean tank. The cooling lubricant is channelled directly to the consumers in the machine via a direct or switchable high-pressure outlet. The chip conveyor cassette seals with the machine interior so that as many chips as possible fall directly onto the conveyor belt. The work area conveyor is designed as a hinged belt. The contaminated medium flows from the work area conveyor into the machine tank, in which a floor cleaning system is installed. The system is equipped with fine filtration, which ensures that the medium entering the tank is sucked off by a dirt-resistant pump and channelled into a fine filter. From there, the cleaned medium enters a clean tank. The dirt particles that are not extracted by the pump sink to the bottom of the tank and are collected by the bottom cleaning system. This consists of large scrapers that pick up the dirt from the tank floor and move it to the discharge. The cooling lubricant is sucked out of the machine tank by a dirt-resistant filter feed pump and fed into the clean tank via a self-cleaning automatic filter. The filter is cleaned automatically via the measured differential pressure in the sludge box with filter basket integrated in the system. This must be cleaned by the machine operator from time to time. The process can take place while the production process is running. The machine does not have to be stopped. Using the predefined pressure levels option, specific pressures adapted to the machining process can be called up via the machine programme. With the optional plate heat exchanger, the cooling lubricant can be cooled down and the temperature of the cooling lubricant kept stable within the scope of the technical possibilities and prevailing ambient temperature conditions. A factory-fitted cooling water connection is required for this. The system has an electrical control system, which enables autonomous operation. A 46-pin plug forms the interface to the machine. Power is supplied via a separate CEKON plug (32A). Electrical connection: 400V 3~/PE 50Hz.
