Thanks to its intelligent component arrangement, the combiloop CL2 E is particularly space-saving and fits easily under many bar feeders. Inside the well-proportioned system, the protected functional principle of dirt pre-separation in the 3-chamber tank system in combination with easily accessible, washable wire mesh elements of the new filter concept ensures fine filtration and a constant pump enables pressures of up to 100 bar. Protected by the patented pre-separation, the new filter cartridges with a filter surface area of between 18,000 and 20,000 cm², depending on the filter fineness, achieve outstanding service lives.

The combiloop CL2 E high-pressure system draws the contaminated cooling lubricant from the machine tank of the machine tool using an integrated transfer pump and separates it using the patented pre-separation system of the 3-chamber tank system. It then fills its own clean tank. The high-pressure pump then draws the cooling lubricant, pre-cleaned to 150 µm, from the clean tank through a fine filter and makes the cleaned cooling lubricant available to the tools of the machine tool via the switchable high-pressure outlets. Up to 8 switchable high-pressure outlets can be selected via M functions in the machine programme. The operating pressure can be set manually on the high-pressure system or, depending on the expansion stage, directly from the machine control of the machine tool. An electrical signal triggers an alarm in the event of filter contamination. To clean the filter, the machine must either be stopped and the filter element replaced or cleaned, or, if a double-switching filter is used, it is possible to switch from filter 1 to filter 2 without stopping the machine. A specially developed pre-warning system emits a yellow warning signal when around 80% of the filter capacity is exhausted in order to organise the work process without necessarily triggering a machine standstill. The high-pressure system can also be equipped with a frequency converter to operate the system gently and energy-efficiently. A flow monitor is installed for safety, which checks whether medium is flowing and can cause the machine to stop immediately if tools become blocked. Effective spindle flushing via the high-pressure system is also possible using a pressurised high-pressure outlet. |
