This high-pressure unit is proof that high performance and modern design do not have to be expensive. The new filter concept with a filter surface area of between 18,000 and 20,000 cm², depending on the filter fineness, ensures maximum efficiency in the compact class. Thanks to its sophisticated dimensions, the combiloop CL1 E can be installed under many bar feeders. As a mobile unit, it is ideally suited for alternating use on different machines (e.g. for small batches).

Function and description of the combiloop CL1 E high-pressure system
The combiloop CL1 E high-pressure system draws the contaminated medium from the machine tank of the machine tool via the integrated fine filter using its own high-pressure pump and supplies the cleaned cooling lubricant to the machine's tools via the switchable high-pressure outlets. The suction nozzle must be positioned in the area of the machine tank that is as protected from dirt as possible. Up to 6 switchable high-pressure outlets can be coordinated via M functions and selected via the machine programme. The operating pressure can either be set manually on the high-pressure system or, depending on the expansion stage, directly from the machine control of the machine tool via M functions and preselectable pressure levels. An alarm signals when the filter is clogged. Depending on the configuration level, filter cleaning requires either replacing and cleaning or replacing the filter element while the machine is stopped; or, in the double-switching filter version, switching from filter 1 to filter 2, which can be done during the process without stopping the machine. One option is to fit a frequency converter to operate the system more gently and save energy in the long term. Effective spindle rinsing via the high-pressure system is also possible using a pressurised high-pressure outlet.
