Pressure booster system combiloop CL1B

CONSTANT MEDIUM PRESSURE BOOSTER FOR HIGH FLUSHING PERFORMANCE

With the combiloop CL1 B pressure boosting solution, a self-sufficient supply solution is created in no time at all: process-reliable at up to a maximum of 25 bar and with a flow rate of up to 60 litres in the cooling lubricant. It is kept as compact as possible, sustainable, energy-efficient and, in contrast to normal coolant pumps, always stable and reliable in terms of performance and without machine downtime thanks to the double-pump feeder principle and integrated filtration.

Suitable for lathes from:
Chiron, Citizen, DMGMORI, Fanuc, Hermle, Index, Kitamura, Manurhin, Mazak, Nakamura, Okuma, Pfiffner, Schütte, Star, Tornos, Traub, Tsugami, Willemin-Macodel, and many more.

Function and description of the combiloop CL1 B pressure booster unit
The combiloop CL1 B medium pressure unit is housed in an all-metal housing with a modern design to prevent dirt and external influences. The system is designed as a stationary unit and can be used for a wide range of applications.
A feed pump draws the medium from the machine tool tank, followed by a spin-on filter that feeds the booster pump. The cooling lubricant reaches the consumers in a targeted manner via a direct or switchable outlet. The delivery rate of the high-pressure pump is controlled by a frequency converter in order to improve energy efficiency and avoid additional heat generation (eco+). The desired working pressure is infinitely adjustable.
The contaminated medium is cleaned via a washable spin-on filter made of wire mesh. As soon as the filter needs to be changed, the LED status indicator shows how dirty the filter is. The filter can then be replaced quickly and easily via a quick-release cover from above. Thanks to the double switchover, which is operated manually via a lever, the coolant filtration continues and ensures continuous operation.
The two pumps are connected to a control cabinet containing contactor and motor protection switches. The electrical connection to the machine tool is made via an XX-pin Harting plug, which contains the power supply (200V 3~/PE 50Hz.) and the start command. The interface must be provided by the customer.
